Greyroom is led by Andrea Konopacki.
Over more than a decade inside complex corporate and startup environments, Andrea saw the same pattern repeat: capable teams, strong intent, and meaningful investment undermined by a lack of shared clarity, ownership, and follow-through.
She was often brought in to rebuild stalled programs, relaunch initiatives that had lost momentum, or take early ideas from zero to one. Known for making difficult work look simple, Andrea earned seats alongside senior executives, owning strategy, execution, and high-stakes rollouts where momentum mattered.
Across those environments, one truth became clear.
